Cancellation of Orders

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

  • The cancellation deadline is 30 days from the date you received the goods or when a third party appointed by you (not the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

  • To exercise your right of cancellation, please inform us through a clear statement via email at theophilusmercy870@gmail.com.

We will process your refund no later than 30 days after receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used during your purchase, and no additional fees will apply.

Conditions for Returns

For a product to be eligible for return, the following conditions must be met:

  1. The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

  2. The goods are in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have expired.

  • Goods unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons.

  • Goods that are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

We recommend using a trackable and insured mail service. We cannot issue a refund for goods lost or damaged during the return process without proof of delivery.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days using the original payment method.

Gifts

  • If the goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If the goods were not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will issue a refund to the gift giver.
